IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

  • We offer free standard shipping and an additional 5% off for all prepaid orders across India.
  • A flat fee of Rs. 99 is charged on all COD orders.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation. Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will be marked as cancelled.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, two to three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders will be dispatched in 7-10 business days from the date of order. However, during sale and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.
  • In addition to the processing time, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, we have no control over courier delays, shipping times, or transit issues. However, if you face such a problem, please email us at hello@bohemiansoul.in and we’ll do our best to coordinate with the courier partner and help resolve it at the earliest.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed within India.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the carrier. However you may be able to contact the carrier (found on your tracking) to request any updates. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP at hello@bohemiansoul.in and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped. 

Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

FAKE DELIVERY CLAIMS

In the rare event of a fake delivery claim (i.e., marked as delivered but not received), we request you to kindly allow us 12–15 business days to investigate the matter with our courier partner. We understand the inconvenience and assure you that your concern will be treated with utmost priority. A refund will be issued upon resolution, but we appreciate your patience during the investigation process.
