• We offer free standard shipping and an additional 5% off for all prepaid orders across India.
• A flat fee of Rs. 99 is charged on all COD orders.
• COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation. Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will be marked as cancelled.
• Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, two to three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time and date your order was placed - see below for further conditions:

• Please note, all orders are only dispatched from our Hyderabad, India warehouse, between operating hours of Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm IST excluding public holidays.
• If your order is placed Friday after 12pm, your order will be fulfilled and dispatched the following Monday unless there is a public holiday.
• During busy periods, promotional events or sales, there may be slight delays on the dispatch of your order.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.
• Once your order is shipped, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
• Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot control any delays or issues which may occur from the courier.
• We offer same-day pickup in Hyderabad for orders placed before 12:00 PM. If you’d like to opt for same-day pickup, please place your order before the cut-off time and reach out to us via email after placing your order with your order number. Our team will confirm the pickup details with you (same-day pickup is subject to availability and confirmation from our team).

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed within India.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the carrier. However you may be able to contact the carrier (found on your tracking) to request any updates. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP at hello@bohemiansoul.in and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped. 

Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

In the rare event of a fake delivery claim (i.e., marked as delivered but not received), we request you to kindly allow us 12–15 business days to investigate the matter with our courier partner. We understand the inconvenience and assure you that your concern will be treated with utmost priority. A refund will be issued upon resolution, but we appreciate your patience during the investigation process.

You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Bohemian Soul account. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
